The organizational structure combines governance oversight, operational leadership, and field-level implementation to achieve measurable impact.

Governance

Board of Trustees: Provides strategic direction, oversight, and policy approval. Ensures compliance with national regulations and international best practices.

Advisory Committees: Offer technical guidance on education, governance, environment, and livelihoods, ensuring programs are evidence-based and community-driven.

Management

Executive Director: Leads overall organizational operations, strategic planning, partnership development, and reporting to the Board.

Program Managers: Oversee sectoral programs (education, governance, environment, livelihoods), ensuring implementation, monitoring, and results reporting.

Finance and Administration Team: Manages budgeting, accounting, procurement, HR, and compliance with internal and donor policies.

Operational Teams

Field Officers: Implement projects, conduct community engagement, and collect data for monitoring and evaluation.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Team: Tracks performance indicators, conducts assessments, and provides insights for adaptive management.

Communications and Outreach Team: Handles public relations, donor reporting, advocacy, and community awareness campaigns.

Community and Partner Engagement

Community Committees: Local representatives involved in planning, monitoring, and feedback to ensure participatory programming.

Partnership Networks: Collaborations with government institutions, NGOs, and development partners to scale impact and share best practices.
